Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the machine is carefully disassembled and placed in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, cables, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for confirmation.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
